Talking to myself!

Wow! I've just completed the Week 2 "Adventure" and I can't believe there are so many blogs out there on specialist subjects and just about anything else. It reminds me that I read an article a while back that said that something like 5 times as much stuff is uploaded than downloaded on the Internet now. My interpretation of that is that only one fifth of the stuff on the Internet is actually read. So that means blogs are basically a whole lot of people talking to themselves and mistakenly thinking someone else is actually listening! The lesson for us is that our users have to be able to find the blog and find interesting stuff in it to keep them engaged and coming back for more. What do youse all reckon? If I don't get any responses I know I'm just taling to myself & no-one is listening!
